You dont very often read threads on tuning the HW90 varients much because most folks are happy with their springers and dont delve into the ram power plant. I think one thing that most people dont understand is how to tune them and setting up the piston seal to give optimal power without running to hot. But maybe the UK imports are built different than the rifles we get here in the states. 18/19 bar and only getting 10 or so ftlbs sounds like a poorly set up gasram to me. Im not sure about the ‘snappy’ feel, but most piston guns have a snappy feel to them imo. I had an RXI and an RXII and when stripped, cleanned up, and lubed properly, the 21 bar setting provided a very smooth and favorable shot cycle.
